The YDA is committed to upholding the highest standards of professionalism and ethics in dentistry. All YDA members are expected to adhere to our Code of Conduct.

We provide a formal process for patients, the public, and other professionals to file a complaint regarding the conduct, ethics, or clinical practice of a YDA-registered dentist.

How to File a Complaint

If you have a concern, please submit a formal complaint in writing to the YDA Ethics Committee. Your submission should include:

  • The full name of the dentist involved.
  • A detailed description of the incident, including dates and locations.
  • Any supporting documents (e.g., records, correspondence).
